ROSCO TOOLS was founded in 1998 which is a modern manufacturing enterprise specializes in the research, development, manufacture and trade of various types of automotive maintenance products.  

At present, the company mainly produces about 500 types of automotive equipments; such as transmission jack, shop crane, shop press, hydraulic pipe bender, hydraulic bottle jack, AC machine, N2 inflator machine, air compressor, air impact wrench, denting machine etc. We adheres to research and development, and regularly produces new products with market advantages.  

The company has passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, CE and other customized quality certification. We are based on the principle of "elaborate manufacturing, attentive service, reliable use to make customers satisfied" . We keep studying the 5S  management system to improve the operation efficiency of enterprises. 

The company has 22 years of manufacturing experience,and always insisted that products are the king. High quality talents, advanced technology, sophisticated equipment and mature management mode enable enterprises to provide satisfactory products and services for customers. The enterprise covers an area of 16667 square meters with more than 150 employees (including more than 16 professional and technical personnel). We hold 4 production lines, including packing line,pump assembly line, transmission jack line, synthesize shop press line and 2 spray-painted lines.In addition, it is equipped with basic workshops for moulding, stamping, bending and welding that can realize automated production the maximum. That Provides a strong guarantee for the production of high-quality products. 

We arranged 6 quality inspectors of first inspection, line inspection and patrol inspection to strictly monitor the quality of each product in workshop. In addition, carrying the daily samples test of static load test, dynamic load test, overload test, to ensure the final quality of the finished product. 

The company have complete technical support department, after-sales service department and product maintenance department to provide comprehensive after-sales service for customers. 

At the same time, we optimize the equipment, avoid unnecessary over processing and excess inventory, reduce the cost , so that customers can buy high-quality and low-cost products.
